    “Friends, It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the Onam music video directed by Mr. Bhagyanath M. under the production of Vayali Folklore Group, has been selected to be screened at the non-competitive event of 8th International Folk Music Film Festival.
  
     It's worth noting here that only 2 films out of all the entries from 30 countries made it to selection with one of them being the film produced by us - a rare accomplishment for Kerala's folklore!

    The screening is scheduled to take place from November 21-24 in Nepal. To represent Vayali Folklore, the organisers have sent invites to the director of the film and also to one of the crew members. However, the travel and accommodation costs are to be borne by the travellers and we anticipate this amount to be somewhere close to Rs 50,000.
 Henceforth, we humbly request your department's help in assisting us financially so that we can materialize this. The folklore of Kerala would be highly indebted to you for your efforts.
